Anxiety shows up in our life in so many ways; from intrusive thoughts to obsessions, from thinking the worst to over planning every detail to make sure nothing goes wrong. It is not fun living in the fight or flight stage and feeling dysregulated – I know firsthand as I have experienced anxiety on a personal level. My approach to anxiety is using realistic and attainable techniques to support you during this time.
